Buyers just like sellers have to obey & abide by the written rules policy of ESHOP's marketplace, otherwise those who do not follow the rules will have their account suspended.

Purchase Commitment Policy

If a buyer wins an auction or commits to a purchase, they are obligated to submit payment for the item within 48 hours. Buyers who repeatedly fail to pay for items will have unpaid item strikes recorded on their account, resulting in restricted buying privileges or permanent account suspension.

Invalid Bid Retraction Policy

Bids placed on everythingshop.net are considered binding commitments. Buyers may only retract bids under highly specific and rare circumstances verified by our system. Acceptable reasons include typographical errors (e.g., bidding $1000 instead of $10) or if the seller significantly alters the item description after the bid was placed.

Off-Platform Transaction Policy

Just as sellers cannot take sales off-platform, buyers are strictly prohibited from messaging sellers to request completing a transaction outside of everythingshop.net in order to avoid taxes or negotiate an illicit discount.

Unwelcome & Malicious Buying Policy

Buyers are prohibited from attempting to disrupt a seller's business. This includes buying items with the predetermined intent of leaving negative feedback, exploiting the return system, or making false claims to abuse our buyer protection programs.

Customs & Import Declaration Policy

When purchasing internationally, buyers are strictly forbidden from asking sellers to falsify customs declarations. You may not request that a seller mark a purchased item as a "gift" or declare a lower value on customs forms to evade legal import duties and taxes.

everythingshop.net Purchase Guarantee

This is our cornerstone protection policy. If a buyer receives an item that is damaged, faulty, or significantly does not match the listing description—or if the item never arrives—everythingshop.net guarantees the buyer will receive a full refund. This guarantee supersedes any individual seller's "no returns" policy.

Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

everythingshop.net bans the sale of illegal, hazardous, or heavily regulated items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: narcotics, firearms and weapons, stolen property, recalled consumer goods, human remains, and hate-group memorabilia. Certain categories, such as alcohol or adult-oriented materials, are heavily restricted and may only be sold by pre-approved vendors under specific compliance conditions.

Feedback & Extortion Policy

Both buyers and sellers are expected to leave honest, factual, and constructive feedback following a transaction. everythingshop.net strictly prohibits "feedback extortion." A buyer may not threaten negative feedback to demand a partial refund or extra items, and a seller may not demand positive feedback before shipping an order. Profanity, hate speech, and sharing another user's personal information within feedback comments are instantly grounds for removal and account review.

Member Behavior & Identity Policy

All users must treat each other with professional respect. Profanity, offensive language, threats, and harassment are entirely prohibited in everythingshop.net messages. Furthermore, all users must maintain true, accurate, and up-to-date contact information, including physical addresses and payment details, on their accounts at all times.
