Sellers are the backbone of everythingshop.net. You are held to strict professional standards regarding how you represent your inventory, fulfill your orders, and communicate with customers.

Selling Practices Policy

Sellers must provide meticulously accurate item descriptions. You must disclose any flaws, defects, or missing parts, specify the exact item condition, and provide clear, unedited photos of the actual item being sold. Sellers are strictly required to ship items within their stated handling time and utilize a shipping tier that meets or exceeds the delivery speed selected by the buyer at checkout.

Seller Performance & Standards Policy

everythingshop.net actively monitors and grades seller accounts. Sellers must maintain low "transaction defect rates" (such as canceling an order due to inventory mismanagement) and strictly avoid "cases closed without seller resolution" (instances where everythingshop.net support must step in because the seller ignored a buyer's legitimate issue). Falling below our minimum performance metrics will result in reduced search visibility, higher platform fees, restricted account features, or permanent suspension.

Business Policies Requirement

All sellers must clearly outline their terms of sale using our structured policy framework. Before listing items, sellers must define their Shipping Policy (carriers, costs, handling time), Payment Policy (accepted methods), and Return Policy (who pays for return shipping, restocking fees if applicable, and whether the return window is 14, 30, or 60 days).

Fee Avoidance Policy

Sellers are strictly prohibited from attempting to move a transaction off the everythingshop.net platform to avoid paying final value fees. This includes embedding direct contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, external website links) within listings, images, or direct messages to facilitate an off-site sale.

Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) Program

everythingshop.net has a zero-tolerance stance on counterfeits. Sellers cannot list counterfeit items, unauthorized replicas, bootlegs, or copyright-infringing materials. This policy fiercely protects the intellectual property rights of brands, creators, and authorized distributors.
