Sellers must maintain low "transaction defect rates" (such as canceling an order due to inventory mismanagement) and strictly avoid "cases closed without seller resolution" (instances where everythingshop.net support must step in because the seller ignored a buyer's legitimate issue). Falling below our minimum performance metrics will result in reduced search visibility, higher platform fees, restricted account features, or permanent suspension.
